O I'm a total sunglass addict and i wear prada, versace and ray bans. I also have a pair of cheap nine west ones which are super cute.

i stepped on my costa del mar harpoon glasses. the frame bent and one of the lenses shattered. i've had them for less than a year. if i send them in to costa, will they fix it for a minimal charge? or if they won't, can i buy another lense and pop it back into the frame?

You'll have to send them in for repair and it will prob cost around $110 to fix. They will more than likely send you a new pair at a discounted rate. They fix small things, but lenses come in pairs and you aren't able to put them in yourself unless you know something that I don't.

I think they were originally to protect your eyes from the sun but over time they have become a fashionable item and instead of being taking interest in protecting their eyes it has become part of their look so i’m just curious why do you wear YOUR sunglasses? For health or fashion?

A few years back sunglasses went from small to big for women. I still where small ones and don't see any guys really wearing anything different from before the big glasses became the fashion for women.
